All e-mails received are reviewed by Paint Café consultants in the order in which they arrive.
We work hard to make sure that all e-mails we receive are answered within five (5) business days. On occasions, however, the volume of messages being sent is simply too large and the time limit may have to be slightly extended. Please accept our sincere regrets if this should prove the case.
Our Paint Café consultants will do their best to answer your questions or recommend a particular colour or sample from the Harmony Collection in the light of what you tell them about your situation. However, Paint Café cannot be held responsible for the end result.
Colours you see on-screen are not always perfect reproductions of real-life samples. We therefore strongly recommend you take the time to visit your nearest Retailer in order to get some samples as well as advice from one of their paint professionals.
Before using any product, please make sure you read the directions on the label carefully. |
