Flat paintbrushes, 5 cm wide, silky bristles

Tissue paper
Execution steps – Vanity leg
-
Apply a good coat of Duo Primer, whether the legs are already painted or in natural wood.
-
Using a paintbrush, apply two coats of Illusio Pearlescent Artifice Deep Gold over the entire surface of the legs. Let dry.
-
Using a paintbrush, apply a coat of Nostalgia Crackling over the legs, along the wood grain. Let dry for 1 hour. The crackling must be tack-free, even in the hollow parts of the wood.
-
Use a paintbrush to apply a coat of Salamander A213-12 over the Nostalgia Crackling over both legs, along the grain of the wood. Let dry for 12 hours.
-
Prepare the tissue paper tearing it into small uneven 5 cm pieces. Use a paintbrush to apply a generous coat of Illusio Artifice Pearlescent Deep Gold on one of the balls of each leg. Before the Gold dries, apply the tissue paper over it, covering it entirely. Let dry.
-
Once the balls are dry, use a paint brush to cover them with a last coat of Illusio Pearlescent Artifice Deep Gold.
-
Do likewise with the second ball on each leg. It's important to do the balls one at a time so as to follow the steps properly.
-
Use a paintbrush to varnish with BRïO high gloss varnish.
